I'm on accutane which is about to end, i currently have snail mucin cream which work fine when i don't apply any topical retinoids /azelaic acid but on days i use actives i use cerave cream.i wanna incorporate a serum which soothe my skin and also help with redness and hyperpigmentation. I'm confused between this serum and axis y discoloration correcting serum can u please tell can i use both of these serums with my other acne fighting actives? I haven’t use the skinfood essence, but it will depend on the ingredients. For hyperpigmentation you may also need to look into using retinol x
Hello, I am sure that I have fungal acne, but I do not know products for this type of acne. Do you know anything that fights fungal acne, other than salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide, because I already use them? I hope you can help me.
Hey there you can try anti fungal shampoo or cream, cut out all of your current actives and just keep it basic until it clears. If you are not sure it’s fungal you can go see a dermatologist:)
for fungal acne u can use while bathing the topical shampoo. nizoral. leave it for 5mins face and rinse it.

You can layer 2 or 3 serums or even mix all of them together at once. However, our skin has can only absorb a number of active ingredients at once, so we recommend you use just 1 or 2 serums depending on your skin concern.
Also, some combinations of active ingredients such as Alpha-arbutin, Retinal, and BHA can make your skin more sensitive if you have very sensitive skin that is easily irritated. Please make sure to avoid the combination of these ingredients if you have sensitive skin.’

2 drops before the cosrx snail mucin cream.
If you use the snail essence then you would apply the essence then the serum followed by moisturizer

well you cleanse ur skin and pat dry. if u use a toner then apply that first and then use the serum.

From what she said you wash your face first, follow with toner, then the serum. After the serum you can apply your moisturizer and sunscreen. I hope that helps.
Always use your sunscreen after your toner and face cream
AFTER! ☀️ Sunscreen is the LAST step of skincare! Definitely after moisturizer! The general rule is: apply products thin to thick (with some exceptions)!
STEPS - Cleanser, Toner (exfoliants first), Essences, Spot Treatment, Serums (Retinoids last, in pm), Moisturizer, Face Oil, Sunscreen (in am)… then makeup!
*Of course you may not use all steps, like spot treatments or face oil. Also, with eye cream, there’s a debate whether it should be applied after Serums OR after Toners/Essences! Hope this helps! 🌸

Hello should be fine since it’s a few days after but best to check with your skin therapist who did your microneedling on the post after care :) so you can get the best results

Can we use this serum for pimples
I would trial it, it does help with balancing the oil and increases hydration. Essentially a lot of things can cause pimples, you need to get to the root problem of why you are breaking out.
What do you use currently in your routine? And what products.
And do you have pimples occasionally or all the time?
Can I use this with Tretinoin?
this serum does contain a small % of Betaine Salicylate ( a BHA similar to salicylic acid) so I would use separately to the tretinoin as both are exfoliating.
You could use the glow serum in the morning, tretinoin in the evening.
Is Glow serum: Propolis+Niacinamide comedogenic?
I don't think it is, though I just got a bottle today I haven't used it but I've done a lot of research on the product and it's said to help with hydration and when the skin's hydrated it prevents oil builds which lead to clogged pores so in my opinion it doesn't lead to that so you could give it a try
