Paramedics & Police respond to "deal" with 1 Man 4 times same Day

911 is called and responses 4 different times for one man who is going through some kind of crisis at Venice Beach.
First he enters the bike rental shop, refuses to leave the shop, and asked for an ambulance for his foot injury. Then he refuses the paramedics help and the police have to be called to get him to leave the shop.
After the police "escort" him about 2 blocks away, he returns to the area and has the security guard at the restaurant call 911 for the head injury he says he has. Once they show up, he refuses assistance.
After they leave, he goes into the parking attendant booth, and they call 911 for him. And again his refuses assistance when they arrive. By this time, the city's CIRCLE team has also been trying to help him.
After everyone leaves, he goes back into the rental shop again, and they have to call 911 again to have him removed again.

False reports, but the jail will not hold him and the DA will not charge him. Thats why hes there, cause in NC "im from there" one false call and your going to jail with bond.

What resources? Gas? The firemen, paramedics, and police were already on duty. They would have been paid whether or not they responded to these calls.

@@theotheleo6830 Police, Fire Department, EMT’S are resources. You don’t know the meaning of the word. Curious, how do you think those City Departments get paid? Every call is sent to the city, amount spent. Then passed to state which determines the funding from year to year. That is passed on to taxpayers. That’s who gets the “bill” . This was a waste of those dollars, a waste of “resources.”
