Just completed the Bremont Tour, and it was discussed that as well as the new introduction of "more affordable " pieces, there is continued interest in providing higher end pieces as well as keeping the propeller on a number of their offerings. On the colab with FC purchased one from ACE earlier this year as I have an Uncle who served/killed while liberating the Dutch serving in the Canadian Armed Forces WWII and is buried south of Amsterdam. Had to have this one for the Dutch connection and enjoy it.
I struggle with keeping the propeller logo for certain models...that feels like confused messaging and the most successful branding is usually built on foundations of consistency. Also, more affordable pieces tend to be the gateway drugs that brands use to hook people in and create brand loyalty that makes them aspire to higher end pieces. Different branding on low end/high end ranges might be a barrier to this. Really interesting to hear about your story behind picking up the FC collab - as a big WW2 history guy this really resonates with me 👍
Really enjoyed Alon’s take on Bremont didn’t take a company line in my opinion …. Kept a little back but gave us an honest opinion….. not many do that I find watching lots of watch videos ……..
@randmacct636 there is a deafening silence from the brand. It would be good to hear them acknowledge the feedback from the community and media, and address some of the criticisms head on
There are many obvious similarities between the Frederique Constant collab watch and a Seiko 6139-6032 (better known as the ‘Coke Pogue’): Same size, same case shape, same placement and size of the subdial, same colours, etc. The only thing the Seiko isn’t is a worldtimer complication. Regards from 🇸🇪
Thank you for your feedback. Interesting comparison. I did not see that. But the truth is in the eye of the beholder and therefore always cool to see how they are perceived.
Great interview! Very interesting guy. I’m guessing Bremont sent a shill to order that watch. He should probably get a different brand in his shop. How about Rado
Bremont has gone down the drain, don’t sugarcoat it! Also where are the English brothers? Vanished without a trace… As for DC must be a mole from another competitor to destroy Bremont.
Thank you for having me, it was great fun speaking to you. As usual 🙏🏼
It was great fun recording this and I appreciate you giving up so much of your time
Love it you two! Getting some great interviews together! Well done!
Thank you Adam, much appreciated.

Thank you so much for the trust and linking it to such a honorable soul 🙏🏼
Alon is a real gentleman. He has expressed in a very elegant way how Bremont have put themselves in a very unfortunate situation.

100%....it was refreshing to talk to someone in the industry who isn't afraid to speak his mind 👍
Really enjoyed that mate, Alon is a true gent
Thanks Chris and yes, he absolutely is
Where is Davide, exactly? Is he camera or media shy? I've seen ceos with more coverage for piece uniques than this entire Rebrand.
Very good and valid question... Hope he & Team Bremont see this video...

I cannot watch a whole hour of this, but it was refreshing you seem to not do any cocky wine drinking or weird looking up to space.
Good to see your trolling is improving 👍
@@Escapement24 Fact's are trolling in this world then lol
@@Escapement24 It was great to see you being you if that un trolls me a little? ; )
If bremont just reduced their prices of their older iconic models, they would do better. Ditch the new rubbish.
