I'm European and I see many Russians on the internet that want freedom, but I also see many who want to crush the West seeing us all like enemies. I've always thought it's better to find new friends than to look for enemies and that it's better not to blame groups. I hope for the sake of our planet and for the sake of young people that we can find ways to put our differences aside and that we can find further ways to cooperate for a better future.

Putin isn’t beyond poisoning Russian defectors in their adopted country, unfortunately.
It happened here in the UK. Putin’s operatives poisoned Alexander Litvinenko with the nerve agent Novichok and he tragically died just a few days later. The photos from his isolated hospital bed where he was dying were an awful sight...

I know exactly how you feel. I thought Navalny was crazy to go back.
But quite a few Russians in history have ignored such warnings. They are not likely to listen to us.
Kara-Murza was asked whether the ever thought of suicide while in solitary. He said, no, he would not do that because of his Christian faith. For the same reason, I'm pretty sure that he is unafraid of being murdered or executed.

'Fortunate favor the brave.' Who says? On what authority is your statement based? Don't get me wrong; I think the Ukrainina offensive toward Kursk is a brilliant maneuver.
But there is no such thing as 'fortune'.
God is Sovereign over human history. He is a righteous Judge.
Our hope should be based on confidence in His character, not confidence in human character, in 'good luck', 'karma', etc.
Let us rid ourselves of heathen superstition.
Btw Vladimir Kara-Murza is a Christian. I heard him say so directly.
That is how he can afford to be brave. He knows that even physical death cannot separate him from God, because Jesus has paved the way for human beings to come into God's presence by removing the burden of our sin.
It's great to stand on principle, so long as the principle is true and reliable.
Re: Harris/Walz, I do find their hardline position on abortion deeply disturbing, but Trump's ideas on foreign policy are also deeply disturbing.
Not only does Trump admire Putin and approve Xi Jinping's cultural genocide of the Uyghurs, but he has a high opinion of the world's most insane dictator-----Kim Jong-un of North Korea.
The irony is that Trump is the most pro-Communist US president in history, except for FDR, who probably didn't know any better because the extent of Soviet criminality had not yet been revealed.
