    ✨💖✨”This house is going to be so much than just a home for you guys, and we take that responsibility very seriously.” That’s it in a nutshell. It is what sets Nate and Jeremiah apart from the crowd. The total heart and commitment they put in to a project. Their vast knowledge and talent doesn’t hurt either.

    I do think it’s beautiful and as someone with epilepsy I do appreciate the soundproofing and blackouts. People won’t know how important that is. But honestly walking into the main space, they said how safe it looked and I just saw how dangerous it looked. I kept thinking of how many things I would hit and how their were no soft rugs lol. I have plush rugs on my hardwood and as little excess as possible. So no freestanding lamps etc. This space didn’t make my anxiety feel better lol. It’s beautiful but I would remove 1/3 of it lol and add a whole bunch of softness to feel truly safe.

  • @candicew.1096
    @candicew.1096 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    $7,700.00...for a rug? So, the budgets these couples have are really just subsidizing whatever pool of money Nate & Jeremiah have to renovate homes. Because there is no way to ethically spend that much on a rug if the bill is primarily being footed by the couple. ETA: That camera pan to the LG Studio fridge logo suggest these renos probably have sponsors...

    • @zuriendrinkscoffee
      @zuriendrinkscoffee 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      $7,700 is for the wooden flooring

    • @joleonthestreet
      @joleonthestreet 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the 7700$ is the wooden flooring and they get sponsors for appliances from LG and furniture from living spaces for most of their projects so the couples money mostly goes for renovations

    They soundproofed the master bedroom? I get it that she has anxiety, but they’re parents. Those kids are going to be using baby monitors until they’re in high school.

    • @Blue-cr5ym
      @Blue-cr5ym 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      She doesn't have anxiety. If I'm remembering correctly she has seizures and health issues due to a previous brain trauma.

    • @drewconway7135
      @drewconway7135 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Blue-cr5ym She said that in order to heal properly she has to have quiet and calm. What I’m saying is that if she’s in her bedroom and the kids are in the family room screaming that the curtains are on fire, how is she going to know? To totally soundproof the master bedroom when you have small children seems like a bad decision.

    Let me get this straight so with a 70k budget you spent $14,500 on bedroom DRAPES?!?! Wtf that’s ludicrous and there’s nothing spectacular about them. Just looking at them I’d guess $300 tops.
