You are so welcome!
Many thanks for the great coverage of the Big Bear Car Show, we are in Australia with close friends in Big Bear, We hope to be at the show next year. Cheers from AUS
You’re welcome. Perhaps you can make it next time.
I'm viewing from New Zealand. We had alot of American cars on our roads up to the 1960s. Chevrolet, Dodge, Pontiac, etc. Then the car market changed. Japanese cars started flooding in. Being a Commonwealth country we had many British cars. I can remember the small Metropolitan Nash cars when i was young. American cars were used alot for weddings in the 1960s. I remember both my Aunts having American bridal cars in 1964, and 1967. Very nice cars in your video.
I’m happy that it’s a cool day for you, I had a 1966 lemans 326 4 with a 4speed the same color as the one in video 😎🇺🇸
Another great video Mike
Thank you
Cool show! Glad you decided to make the trip.
I saw all y’all heading up and down the mountain, happened to be going the opposite way both times - was wondering what was going on. This is super cool, glad I got to see some of them cruising on by!

Not much music to deal with at this show.
Mike, could you please TH-cam the Dana Point Car Show on the 27th?
I have the San Marino Classic that day. Wish they didn't conflict.
Is someone doing repop Nomad bodies? SHEESH!
GT Mustang with a inline 6.......?????🤔
He had an article on it. Apparently it was built that way.
Mike, this is the second time you’ve done this at two different car shows it was a beautiful 56 Chevy a red one and you blew right by there look at a junkie Firebird I don’t understand why you do that
This was probably the most difficult show to film in recent memory. I actually did have to take several breaks due to the altitude and I didn't realize at first how big the show was. That's why part way through the video I started walking through and featuring some cars here and there as I went along. I often do this at larger shows. Keep in mind I also had to get up early the next day to shoot Pomona and the original plan was to take it easy for this show. Obviously I didn't take it easy as evidenced by the length of this video. In a perfect situation I could do longer features on every car at every show, but that just wasn't going to happen here. I was at this show from 8 AM until almost 1 PM filming.
Oh you should have been to the first ever car show up here in Idyllwild last month. Only about a dozen varying marques you could have walked in fifteen minutes. I didn’t bother entering my ‘51 ford f1 as I couldn’t give up a day out in hot asphalt and a disinterested crowd I anticipated. Hah! Your support at these shows is fully appreciated. Thank you.
Little bit of a dick move holding the awards ceremony first thing the following morning....😕
