    Stick to this work out for 4-days a week for two weeks to begin seeing results.
    But that isn’t all you have to do. I wish it were but it isn’t……
    Don’t be afraid. Here’s what you do:
    1. Cardio 45-minutes to an hour.
    2. No Carbs ( there’s a science to this but we’ll get into that later)
    3. Eat veggies & protein only.
    4. Drink 4-16oz bottles of water (EVERY DAY)
    That’s it!
