I agree that canvas is so much more durable and carefree. I’ve ordered a monogram strap to use with mine on holiday which looks great and makes it even more carefree. 😍
I use my mono side trunk strap which has the same pretreated leather. I prefer having it sit at normal crossbody height. I love this bag, I now have the black and the denim too.
Okay so you have convinced me too reach more for my mini, I sold the og bum bag , bought the recto verso wallet for the mini but just still hesitate to wear it, lolol!! Ty for this update, so good!

I want to get a bum bag I have one sporty one from Converse but I want to get a dressier one. This one from LV is STUNNING I love it. I don't think it is too much. Oh I hope you don't get any more scratches. It looks good both ways and like it as a crossbody. This is how I would wear it. And having both types of straps makes it super versatile. Love what you did with the chain and yes makes more sense to use the chain with denim. Oh yes don't want to get it wet! Yes curves likes this can be challenging at times. You can buy a black generic leather strap with the same clasps. I’ve also seen people attach the gold chain to the leather strap thus making it crossbody.
