After a plane completes a certain distance or time it will automatically show you the maintenance sign when it's available at the airport

planes to buy a international concract?
When you unlock international contracts level (3 Stars)
Why on me need a silver plane to buy a planes?
Because until you get 2 stars or 3 stars, it will ask to pay silvers for Regional and International contracts
emm how do i unlock cargo planes in SXM?
You can unlock it in map contracts, check the locations which have cargo planes available (M planes)
