I just want to say I had never been snorkeling prior to watching your channel and now...whether I'm recording or not, with someone or not, I talk to the fish like Dee and it is 100% because of how cute she sounds in these vlogs.
We have always said KEY, just like they say it in the Bahamas. Just like the pronouncement of the word pecan, there are different ways to say it. None wrong, just different! Dee and Jay we do not think you are dumb or arrogant. Y'all are so refreshing and your videos are so much fun! Thanks for the good work.
Once we heard the native folks pronouncing it KEY, we decided we would do the same, hah... I do need to work on giving the word "Cozumel" the proper Spanish treatment, rather than the way I say it now... oops!! :P ~Jay
Editing Jay really struggled with that one too, and only caught about half the words, ha ha... so no captions on that one! We'll leave it up to the imagination!! :P

I would be upset if I paid for a cruise which includes a pool and it’s closed and then I paid to on a beach and then asked to leave lol ya’ll are nicer then me
Curious. If they own the island, as opposed to leasing it (which I thought they did), why do they still close the shops onboard while in port? I love their island. It's so young, it will be amazing in 10 years, and it's pretty close to that now. The late-night lighthouse show is wonderful. Quick, but wonderful.
We've been confused about that of that as well... I guess they still have to abide by the rules of the Bahamas, even though they own the island. We loved both lighthouse shows when we sailed in 2020, and hope to see them again someday! Having the night departure from Ocean Cay was awesome last time!! :D
Hello Jay & Dee... QUESTION... Thanks for your reviews of the MSC Seashore. It was almost like taking a few biscuits with gravy... I just sop the vlogs up... I just began to vlog (got 2 thus far). My question is do you bring your laptop when you cruise to edit your videos, or did you wait until you returned home to begin placing them in order??? My wife & I are scheduled to sail on the Seashore on January 22, 2022 out of Miami FL, and because they altered one of the ports, we will be Blessed to spend the entire day & night on the private beach. It will help with my carry on bag... Thanks ... I am a new subscriber to your channel. Edward
Awesome! I used to always wait until we got home to start the editing process, but ever since the restart of cruising and due to the sheer number of cruises we've been able to take, the editing laptop always comes along these days. We take frequent work breaks in the cabin to edit and for Dee to catch up on travel agent tasks as well. I don't recommend it to everyone, ha ha... especially if you're going for maximum enjoyment of your cruise... so I'd suggest probably waiting until you get back home!! :P ~Jay

I did not know that all the other cruise lines leased their islands. I thought Half Moon Cay was bought by Carnival Corporation...although I didn't dig too deep in the legal side of it. I believe you, although do you know where you found this information or was it just from a crew member(s)?
Yes, if you wanted an umbrella on Sunset Beach or South Beach, you had to pay to rent one when we were there in February 2020. We decided to skip that this time around because we barely used ours last time!! :P
You know, I'm not sure if I would have been so accepting of being pushed around by the cruise line for a commercial shoot. They have plenty of time and opportunities to do such things in a way that doesn't impact the paying guests.
I think it was pretty inconsiderate to close the pool and kick you out of the beach area for marketing after people paid for these experiences. Kind of defeats the purpose of marketing. Glad you had fun anyway.

I can't believe how clear that water is! We just have the foggy brown sludgey kind here... ha ha. Looks INCREDIBLE.

The lighthouse bar is cool now. Went there last week. Can't wait to get back. First time on the Seashore coming up in November!

Promotion people should use regular people for their videos, not everyone that cruise are size 2 Barbies.
