What you are not telling is the price..it's highly expensive..you can get a full chicken for the price he sells one leg piece..plus it's all too much hyped.
I have went myself and taste is okay but the price is super high..plus the quantity is also low..it's looks big on camera but in reality it's not that much plus he charges for everything..you ask for just gravy and he charges 100 rs just for one scoop of gravy..won't recommend you will regret..
One scoop gravy is 100? Bhai too much price, even if it's keema gravy, still expensive, for 100, you get nice 375 gms chicken as of today's price

Sorry for saying the method is not good. Cooked chicken & minced meat is seperated. When we cook the meat with gravy the taste is different. Sardar ji put the chicken on the rice than pour the gravy on the top chicken & rice. I don't think so taste is delicious. Same method for Keema & Pauta Kaleji. Please cook together with gravy. Sardar can put 10 legs in gravy. When legs are going to finish again add 10 legs in gravy

In any food business, taste is the priority. Without the the taste who will come to you. It doesn't matter if you are operating from the street side stall or a restaurant. Having good taste is important.
But the price factor matter in these places! People have different expectations of price from different places! You cannot give the excuse of the rising prices and the taste etc. If you are a street vendor than your price should be as per that ratio! Otherwise you are cheating people!

There are different ways to approach a certain product or service.
In India, there is a certain judgemental attitude. People expect the craftsmen to behave according to the client. No that's never the reality in practical world.
A client can never decide the price of a craftsmen or his product or service. Wherever the craftsmen chooses to operate. If you can't afford him, pls move on. Go and find your service provider at the price you want it at.
Instead the dharma gets non existent and the torturing starts. He is like this, he is like that..... He chooses to have his price for his product, based on multiple factors. If u can't afford him, despite his success, u are free to move on.
Just because, his price doesn't choose your wallet, you become a shaitan to his business. Move on man.... no one is forcing u to buy from him.....
