5:20 don’t worry girl, your not alone.. I got a severe sprain in my wrist and wasn’t able to go back to gymnastics for about 5 months 😭😭

omg i relate to this so much i do tumble and im so scared of doing whips and i have a mental block where i can do round off flick whip but then i just stop, i rebound out of it but i can’t connect the flick after with the whip. it’s like when i go to do it i know i can do it but there’s a small part of me saying that i can’t.
i’m also an extremely anxious person so i struggle to try new skills and get them consistent. i changed clubs last year because we didn’t have a proper coach so i wasn’t training my skills properly. my hours changed from training 10 hours a week saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday to only training on tuesday for 3 hours. i’ve struggled to get my skills back but i’m almost back to where i was last year.

I'm scared of doing consecutive whips too.

its good you are doing what you want and not just doing stuff that will make you unhappy, and also cause permenant damage, maybe yo might try cheer on a bike , lol, maybe not safe enough
