Magraheb I usually side with you with your analysis however I think you misunderstood Samini. First of, he said he won’t put his money into it “just because” Ghanaians want to see it. It’s like you’re daring him, which in itself is disrespectful to him. End of the day these same Ghanaians will not show up to the event just to prove a point. Samini is a brand on his own. Just the fact that he’s going to perform at such an event space by itself is an investment from the artist. Are you considering his time, effort, and performances??? He’s a proven Artist over many years likewise he has every right to command investors to put up majority of the funds. What he brings to the table is guaranteed great performance! End of the day investors many at times earn more money than the Artist when it’s said and done.
