this is a side quest about two side characters named wrinkly forehead and headphones kid, and yet its packed with the amount of wholesomeness and love of any normal main plot -
You never know how cruel, loving, kind, broken, etc. someone is until they're no longer a stranger. Remember: all strangers are potential future friends!

Like I let out a slight chuckle but it hit me that their dad really tried to make ends meet for that party. it's kinda sad that they have to live like that but it's heart warming he still tries for his kid.
I can! As adults, we have so much experience that we know exactly how to have fun! We understand ourselves and others much better than when we were little, so we're less likely to turn situations into bummers.

Experience and maturity shifts your definition of fun while it's also different for children, as kids, it's fueling your boredom with whatever you can imagine, while as adults you learn to appreciate the little things more and get comfortable with it.

god, kel reminds me so much of my best friend from when i was about 10/11. our dynamic was pretty much the same as kel and sunnys. i was the quiet introverted boy that rarely ever spoke, and she was the happy energetic girl that would talk to anyone. its kind of funny thinking about it now 'cause it didnt seem like we would've mixed well, but since we were kids, our friendship just kind of happened. she would just drag me along, and i would be perfectly content to just do whatever she wanted. she always pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and just be a kid, which was something i really needed at the time. the role kel played in this scene reminded me a lot of her and it made me a bit emotional, given we drifted apart when we were 12 and i havent seen her in about four years. so kel is a bit bittersweet for me at times but i love him, 'cause he brings back those happy memories i have of her. hes a really good friend.
Kel _will_ break into your house, and _will_ demolish your emotional problems with one swing of his immense, girthy, socially oblivious dick energy. You can't stop him. You can't escape. He can smell your avoidance response, and he's already outside your door. There is no hope. Just give up and wait for the heartwarming cutscene to start.
