In my area an owner had planned to make a 5 storey building. Unfortunatelyly masons did a mistake. In one side of the rectangular area they made columns of 250mmX250mm. Work has stopped before plinth level. As you know this is not a suitable size for 5 storey building. Please give your opinion and what will be the right decision here.Thank you sir 🙏
