    I slept at 9-10 am but i always woke up at 2am
    But im better now than Last month cuz i cant even sleep but my problem today is i always woke up at 2am

    Well, if it were this easy, no one would have insomnia.
    It's a very complex issue.
    It can be physical, psychological, and environmental.

    I have this problem when I wake up accidentally at night is that My heart beats fast and kind of I feel itchy on my right chest then I can’t go back to sleep and keeps thinking of how to lower my heartbeat but I can’t sleep so please help me

      enas i feel the same exact thing, sometimes you just have to put your mind on something else and distract yourself, but at the same time keep composure and be calm bc everything is ok !

    In my late 70s, I can usually get to sleep OK at night, but during the 8 hours of sleep I need, nocturia now regularly wakes me 3 or 4 times to get up and go to the toilet, so not getting a decent uninterrupted night's sleep at all these days. Long term plan is to get my enlarged prostate reduced, but in the meantime I'm wondering if hypnosis could induce enough relaxation and a deep enough sleep so instead of multiple wake-ups, I'd wet the bed instead. If this works I'd equip myself with plastic pants and nappies until prostate reduction becomes possible.

      I understand. I don't drink anything 3 hours before bed, but it's not a sure thing. My prostate is enlarged, too. The key for us is waking, urinating, and then returning to sleep. When I was working, I seemed to do that easily. Now that I'm retired, it's not that easy. I've battled insomnia for 3 decades. At least being retired allows me to rest during the day if needed.

      @@gybx4094 Yes, we're on the same wavelength there, but another factor I've recently discovered prompting wakeups, is lack of Anti-diuretic Hormone (ADH) which the body is supposed to produce to tell the kidney to reduce its production of urine at night. Believe there are meds that can boost ADH, but I haven't got into that yet. Another symptom of low ADH is noticing a dry thirsty mouth when you wake up.

      @@sleepyjohn8324 wow thank you for that I also have that problem and I am a True Believer of hypnosis I think my getting up to go to the bathroom has lots to do with the mind because no matter what time I go to bed I always have to get up at midnight 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. ...the little bit that comes out I am sure could be held till morning and so I'm thinking that a hypnosis for this would cure my problem but I will check out to see if I have what you have mentioned

      Bruh same but it's been happening me since the lockdown occured. I wake up different amount of times everyday and it's so frustrating

      @@bnkz I don't think I have nocturia, but I think it's related to insomnia. And yes I'm still suffering from that crap 😭

      @@xuper2629 try to not drink or eat 3 hours before bed it works with me if it doesnt try to go to a doctor
