Sir , one more doubt Since Lachesis is hot remedy If it is prescribed to asthama patient will You Advice Him to avoid cold things like Curd or food kept in refrigerator/cold things ....will cold things will aggravate their problem .As we know Lachesis is hot means their problem aggravated by Hot conditions or things... *Assuming Lachesis is correct remedy (Simillimum),All symptoms are matching*

Hello sir,please read my symptoms carefully, I have tinnitus for around 4 to 5 years now, in the beginning the sound was very unnoticeable and I could only hear it in extreme silence or when I close my ears with my hand or finger, still the sound was there but it doesn't catches my attention, so doesn't bother me a lot.
