Battlefield 3 for sure had the best DLCs and Aftermath probably the best expansion pack of every BF game. Really miss those times where developers used to care about players tho...
problem is on pc the playbase is slowly dwindling and the fact most of the servers are mostly conquest and its hard to find other game mode servers, and the attention is headed to other games like bf1, a next gen console release would give back that attention back to the casual public

Honestly, Battlefield 1 was the last true Battlefield games. V and 2042 felt like majo dissapointments and it is sad that Battlefield lost its essence with these games.

Best DLC just how detailed Epicenter was. Never seen a map more detailed in my whole life regarding video games. Back when aftermath rolled out, you had a really really good reason to spend that 15 bucks or just to go for premium. BF4s DLCs were more generic and had not the same immersion which BF3 had. You could even say that BF4 alone was bit more bland and had almost no imersion whilst in BF3 in DLCs like this you had a fullblown post-earthquake setting with new models and experemintal vehicles and even freaking new playermodels! Since Battlefield V, the franchise is a shadow of its former self...a fallen giant, and its sad to see how those briliiant aftermath maps just become forgotten little by little over time. Whenever I still play BF3, I get some sort of lowkey sadness whilst playing since I just remember how it used to be back when the game was fresh and you were pumped for DLCs like aftermath to come out and you did not instantly regret spending your bucks on the game. Battlefield 3 was build to last probably forever when it comes to gamedesing and overall quality. Of course the playercount dips more and more which is unfrankly quite normal for a game like this being over A DECADE old. You will always have a spot in my heart BF3...your developers are true legends...you always was and will be the best of your kind and even when the last player leaves as last on your last server one day, I still remember you and I just wish it would be able to turn back time to the date this Trailer was uploaded: 27th of september 2012 and I would be one of many players that day and spawning the first time on Epicenter. You will be missed!
Nah I do think BF4 DLC's is pretty goated but it had a lot of asia-based city areas that caused it too blend in too much, it's the reason Final Stand is really good, however Dragon's Teeth had hands down the best maps every designed like Propaganda and Pearl Market But I can see why you would think it is generic BF3: dlc timescale goes like Classic Maps Close-Quarters with urban settings Vehicle-Centric big maps with different locations Aftermath being dedicated Middle-East urban warfare maps Endgame being a vast and fast-paced maps reminiscing Bad Company 2 maps While BF4 was Iconic maps based on Chinese geography Classic Maps Naval based Island maps Close Quarters-Urban Warfare based on asian-based cities Snow-based big maps that's very reminiscent of Battlefield 2142's setting(it had hover tanks too).
Bring this game back to life release it on ps4 ps5 xbox one and series x/s we want the same game 64 players fov 4k 60 and 120 fps you could release the base game then release the premium for free

I just hate how they made 4 so easy. How ridiculously easy it is to kill someone, i mean aim assist, along with how they changed the visual recoil on sights. I literally take about 2-3 hits from an enemy and die, sometimes even one and its not a headshot. But i have to shoot them 48 damn times? no thats just stupid. I cant stand what they did to it. I mean if like the maps and weapons and stuff but they just changed too much to cater to other FPS crowds and its annoying. But atleast I can still play BF3, although I wish the DLC maps for alot of them were still active. whats your PSN name Luan Almeida? we should play sometime

The scavanger game mode was the best game mode since rush. Used to play it everyday when there was still scavenger servers around
