    I wonder why there's no company policies to discipline hr or higher mangers when they break laws or company policies. Further, why positive meetings seen to never happen.

    Maybe take into account if the employee can improve or not, i.e. they're having a serious health issue and missing days. Maybe dont go ahead with the discipline process. Do something different
