Our AM Construction has been founded since 2002 and new company was named as Aung Myin Pyae Sone Co.,Ltd in 2010. Since 2002, we have completed a lot of housing projects and infrastructure development of Department of Human Settlement & Housing Development under Ministry of Construction. Moreover, we are developing high-rise buildings incorporated with Yangon City Development Committee and also with private land owner. Today, our company becomes one of the successful real estate developer through the customer’s trust and our employee’s expertise and efforts.
Company History
The founder of our company has been a project director at TOSTA group company since 1994.
He established his own company called AM Construction in 2002. AM stands for the name of founder, Aung Min. The name of the company was changed to AMPS (Aung Myin Pyae Sone) Company Ltd in 2010.
Since 2002, AM construction has completed a lot of projects such as schools, markets, two-storey buildings, 6 storey buildings, road and drain infrastructure development belongs to Department of Human Settlement and Housing Development under Ministry of Construction. Moreover, we have done the renovation of Myanmar historical buildings without changing the handiwork.
We have successfully completed the co-construction of apartments with private landowners, houses and apartments construction with PAE system and decoration projects.
