Fantastic home gym! Appreciate taking the time to do this guys. And thanks for the tips on buying auctioned equipment. Not that you need anything else, but is there anything you would add to this gym? Pec deck? Shoulder press?
Thx ya the auctions saved us a lot of money!!! You nailed it were looking for a pec Dec we actually bid on a few but have been outbid so far.

Because I live in an apartment, and because it was hard getting even the simplest things during covid,
I becaue a contortionist with a few rubber resistance bands and a couple pairs of dumbells. lol
But I managed to train each and every muscle groups and still grew, even if I had to do 30 or so reps per set for some exercises to feel anything. :))
