Good fun, I caught some big flathead last night, many small ones, I kept 3 which were about 50cm, I caught a very big one 73cm, I put that one back to make many baby flatheads
wow, that is jealous. well, i am sorry, i put wrong subtitles for these small flatheads. these are not ones you caught in australia. there is a similar kind in japan too. but for these small ones, I couldn't find appropriate translation. one thing i can say about these small flatheads is that they grow up to 30cm. So, they are all adult ones.
eat the starfish too! but yeah, it's great idea to get towed by motorboat and find a good spot... if you have fish finder, maybe you can get bigger fish! like GT

Are you talking about flathead? This flathead is different from the ones caught in Australia. Their average size is about 20cm and if they go over 30cm,that is trophy fish in this kind. So, I didnt't bring any undersized fish to home. Thank you for your comment!

yeah, that would be good idea. and yes, there is an area in japan where starfish is eaten as a local cuisine. but i have never eaten them.

it depends on boat shops but average is about 4000 yen which is about 37USD. And, I will try to add cooking part too!
