If he wasn´t on the starting 15 I would feel there was something missing from the game and would be looking to the other 29 players, thinking who could provide the same exciting entertainment. He wasn't just better at being "one of the guys" either. He is actually one of the best rugby players of our times and has proved himself over and over again. Because of those facts it's upset some narrow minded bigots. It was ok for Elton John, George Michael or Larry Grayson to be gay, they fitted in to the sterotype and that was ok. Some of you should learn something. The one British person who saved more lives than any other single person during WW2 was gay. I suggest you educate yourselves

Shock horror! I mean come off it guys it doesn't matter if he's gay or not and the fact that people will judge him purely on the basis of his sexuality is shallow. Same dude whether he's gay or not.
Has it not always been the case that a lot of guys that play Rugby are possibly gay or Bi? At Uni the rugby guys were always gettin drunk and stripping off. We Scientists, who would never have done anything like that, thought it was strange.
