Great video mate , ive subbed . Getting back into the hobby after quite a few year out. Been looking at these and the 1500-ifc with the adjustable flow . These look a cracking bit of kit for the price .
Hi there! I've got two of them, unfortunately I find them pretty loud, unpleasant and noisy vibrations are really disturbing. Am I doing something incorrectly? Any suggestions? Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you :-)
Hi so I have 4 of them and they are all quiet if I have them too high up they can make noise so some of the head out of the water but other than that they are really quiet, thanks for watching 👍💯
I don't know if I can get All Pond Solutions products here in Australia, but this looks like a really good filter! I have a couple of small Aqua One internal filters, one that I use in the quarantine tub, along with a sponge filter, and the other is in a small tank. I have found them to be the most quiet type of filter I have used, and they do put out an impressive amount of flow. Nice review, Paul, and I would try one of these out for sure if I found they were available. 👍👍👍
@@bigfishlad4847 i took mine out the water while it was running and it seems like the bubbler part doesnt work anymore an even put water coming through the plastic tube at one point an i feel its lost its power. Any ideas?
Great review mate, had one few years back, good filter, the aps external filters are quite good too, still got one going now past 4 years, know some have problems with the o-rings leaking, happened to a couple of ours, the current ones going strong, got bio home ultimate with some bio gel balls, & coarse, med, fine sponges, stopped using fluvals and went back to aps, their HOB filters are reliable too 👍
Interesting review Paul and that looks like a really well constructed filter. I like to combine external and internal filtration on my heavily populated cichlid tank (330 litres) Based on the fact that you can't really overfilter I run a fluval FX4 external, Oase bioplus thermos 200 and a fluval U4 which I fill with polyfilter. The FX4 and Oase have just foam and lots of biological media. That together with two 30% water changes weekly keeps all the fish smiling. Just thought I would share that and hope you are doing ok. Best Wishes 🎹🎵Peter🎵🎹
Im not really worried about internal filter because it doesn’t cause water leak to the house floor but external filter, I can’t trust all pond solutions.

Just got this today for my 165L tank and it seems to be blowing my fish about is there anyway to make it less powerful?
The only way really is to use the spray bar and have it high up if that makes sense

@@bigfishlad4847 thanks for getting back to me
I personally have had a great experience with All Pond Solutions & am seriously considering trying one of these from your recommendation
You won't regret it bud 👍💯
Are they just a water cleaner or do they remove waste too?
So yes they will remove waist they work just like an external canister but on a smaller scale if that makes sense
@@bigfishlad4847 cheers buddy I’ll give it ago no harm in trying 😀
