This sounds like a English version that was covered by somebody else, remixed to sound like the English version O-Zone themselves sang, and then the “uwa uwa” changed back to “nu ma nu ma” from the original Romanian version.

There was also a version where the "Numa Numa" part stayed with "Little lover stay or all my colors fade to gray" known as the Valentin Radio Remix. So, I decided to mashed up these two different versions together!
