easier accessibility to substitutions. not necessarily talking about formation subs, but trying to do packages from play to play is a nightmare an easier way to get it done would be a huge quality of life upgrade
Would love to see a road to glory-coach mode. Where instead of just picking the best school in dynasty, you actually had to earn your way up from a D2 or D3 coach, video coordinator, high school coach, or retired NFL player and make your way to becoming a great coach in high demand. They could attach different attributes to the type of coach you start with. Have your coach build a rep, style, and philosophy. Network with other coaches to find new jobs and have a list of candidates when you do get a head coaching job. I just think this would offset some of the redundancy in dynasty mode.
I would like to see players have expectations for their upcoming season/careers. Example. If you have a RB who rushed for 600 hundred yards as a freshman. Maybe his expectation going into next season will randomize he wants to rush for 1100 yards and 10tds...but you also recruited this 5 ⭐ Rb that you promised he would have at least 100 carries as a freshman. On top of that you're primarily a passing team. With a WR who's looking to have a breakout year with 70 rec and 1k yards rec . Its another level of roster management. Players failing to reach expectations may make them upset and likely to transfer. On the other hand players reaching them should gain the most exp allowed based on their potential.
They should add two things, a spring game and players who play well can get a boost in off-season development. And if they add high school mode, they should allow you to start a dynasty coaching in high school. Also, if high school mode’s gonna be in the game, you should be able to spend hours and actually play as that player in high school to see what that recruits skills really are
I get why they do it, but I want to be able to create a school directly from my own console and use it in a single player dynasty. I don't want to get on a computer and do it from there then have issues downloading it later. Counter productive.
Great suggestions for '26! I would really love to have an AD mode. Managing prices and balancing a budget, planning your future schedule up to 10 years (signing deals with other schools to play home and aways or neutral site games); stadium improvements or building a brand new stadium; using budgeted funds to improve the institution like upgrading the library or other academic buildings to improve Academics or making changes on the campus or community that improve Campus Lifestyle; fundraising (find someone or a company willing to donate some amount of money and have the person/company require a goal to be met like making it to a bowl game or the College Football Playoff. Complete the goal and earn $100,000 or whatever amount that would make sense). I'm sure there are people who can come up with many other awesome ideas. Those were just a couple of mine.
Id also like a progressive slider system also. With tiers for each star of team. Like just move on their own but be a slider for facing 5 stars 4 stars and 3
I think in Dyansty being able to determine significant home games in pre-season (blackout, whiteout, ect.,), Dynamic Conferences option ( Allowing the CPU to invite small schools/Independents into bigger conferences ), and More Options regarding the coaching carousel
It should be Athletic Staff and add in a Strength and Condition coach that specializes in speed, agility, strength, change of direction, injury prevention, stamina, etc.
EA gonna be EA. '26 will have minimal changes and continue with the glitchybplay and inconsistencies. Those of us here are the 1% of the game's audience, theyll sell a bunch of copies (at a $100 price point?) With minimal changes
Definitely coach prestige should matter more. Like when you win a natty you should automatically get more interest in players.
Gotta fix the contract stuff then. Let you rehire coordinators and offer extensions prior to the final year of a contract

Yeah, there should be an option to split RB carries too, so the game make’s automatically substitutions to split the carries for you.
