Ok let me explain the game as I already played Dead By Daylight for a long time and I am experienced with the game...
First, Nhil is complaining why The Shape A.K.A Michael Myers is TOO OP.. Michael Myers is really OP bcoz he can stalk people as his ability is called "Evil Within". When he stalks a survivor he gains stalk powers (I'll use the term stalk powers for you guys to easily understand it) as he earn stalk powers he becomes more faster and harder to see and harder to feel.. that means your heartbeat won't trigger that much when he is closer.
Michael Myers is like an assassin, which he attacks where you don't know
One of the reason why Nhil is dead too fast is because he don't struggle at the end of the hook or he don't struggle on the 2nd hook and he is always revealing his position and being too noisy all the time.
Second, all of them are having a hard time facing Vanilla (As he used the PIG from Jigsaw) The Pig is like Michael Myers but can Crouch and can deal a Ambush attack which gives the Killer a slight fast move on dashing towards the Survivor/Player. You need to be more alert and more active when doing missions like saving a hooked survivor, moving to another location, looting a chest and doing generators.
Remember The Pig can put up a trap on your head when you are on a Dying State (Crawling) which if you didn't get it removed for a long time... you will be dead unless you can remove it by interacting with a "Jigsaw Box" to find the key.
Third, The reason why they get killed by the Killer is because they are not paying attention to the Generators which thag became their weakness as a group since the part 1 of this series (DBD SERIES) they are always on group which is bad and leads them to failure in escaping.
P.S: Nhil said that the The Shape (Michael Myers) is teleporting. Well he is wrong, in fact Nhil and Gloco (Gian) is not aware that The Shape loves to Stalk survivors which they were not in fact aware of. When The Shape earned his Stalking Powers which is being leveled up by stalking until it gets to level 3.. well It will get worse for the Survivor's situation. If it gets to level 3.. Myers will be fast and be undetected by the HEART BEAT. That's the reason why Nhil said The Shape is teleporting which is not.
Please bare with me for my english and grammar for which I am not Really good at. Imbis na itagalog ko nalang pero mas madali ang english para maintindihan nyo.

Edit 2: I forgot abt this, Nhil said that you can be revealed by The Shape..
Well yes you will be revealed if you became the obsession of the shape..
Q: how can you get obsessed?
A: You will be obsessed by The Shape if you got Stalked by him for too long and you will be revealed so GOOD LUCK FOR THAT :))
And as he complains that he got caught in the locker when he hid himself, a survivor leaves "Scratch Marks" when you are seen or got hit by the killer so try to lure him away before hiding in lockers.
P.S#2: Don't RUN TOO MUCH and don't use the pallet too much coz you'll be needing it if you will juke and buy some time for your teammates (as bait)

Also, if you have a perk "Spine Chill" (the icon is a scaredy cat), it is veey useful against stealth killers like the Shape, Wraith, Pig, and etc. since if it is activated, it means that your killer is near you.

you know man you are entirely correct XD but if it when you are running walking is the way to not to leave scratch marks
when a survivor runs the killer can see scratch marks for them to know where a survivor has been, but survivors can't see the scratch marks.there are perks(the diamond things you see on the bottom right of jawn and chris)that can make a survivor see their own scratch marks
