Traveling Balochistan Pakistan Qilla Saifullah City Tour By Bus. Qilla Saifullah city is located in the northwest part of the Pakistani province Balochistan. N50 Highway connects it with provincial capital Quetta. It road from Dera Ismael Khan KPK to Quetta. Killa Saifullah is famous for its fertile soil-producing fruits and vegetables.
