I do hope no family farms were destroyed by this access. Ours in Kentucky was first by a 2 lane later by a 4 lane...there's just 331/2 acres left today.
Hi Kenneth! The parkway is being constructed on land Jefferson originally owned and no farms were destroyed to build it.
Is that a walking/biking path on the right?
Yes! They aren’t open to the public yet, but will be once construction is finished.
