And thus She didnt need him and made it seem like everything that happened was the result of a horrible crash.

The endings are very emotional.
Betrayal ending: It's so sad to see Mario and Luigi kill each other in the end. They end up like Marchionne and Luciano, betraying each other.
Absent ending: Riba why you take Mario away?!!! And also Riba turning into a what?!! ( I am not sure but I think a demon bat.)
Continuance 1 ending: I knew Riba would do to Mario like that, like how he treated Marchionne in the past.
Continuance 2 ending: Riba killing Mario in cold blood, once again. But Mario got sent into a very spooky place and got eaten by... I don't know who are they.
Continuance 3 ending: Seeing Riba crying for the lost of his only friend really hurts my heart. Riba has changed a lot because of Mario is always there for him as a loyal friend.
Continuance 4 ending: That really blew my mind off!!! OMG, saving the game means Mario is around the endless cycles of deaths!!! And that's really dark, to be honest. Probaly the darkest ending of the whole game.
Drown ending: It's actually hurt to see Mario losing all hopes and commit self suicide.
Star ending: YEAHHHHHH! Mario, Luigi and Peach are still alive, baby!!! But to obtain the ending, I can't do this, that's gonna have a very good memory and skills and patience, I don't have that, so lol.

i love SO MUCH Riba...this scene broke my soul. He made me understand that he was human, one like Mario.
I looked up the word 'Ligma' (mainly because I was curious about it), and besides some stuff related to Fortnite (and a link to disease, which I figured was what Ligma had something to do with), I ultimately come across a link on Wikipedia relating to LGBT rights in Croatia.
Then I put the word 'Fish' in a translator for Croatian, and it came out 'Riba'.
I don't know if any of that was intentional or not, but there you go.

I think what’s really awesome is that there’s voice acting at some parts
*more like random sound effects, like riba laughing, alice getting killed, riba screaming in pain as he turns into a demon, mario panting as he runs away from anything, (well, there is riba saying "i will make sure, you stay missing) riba sighing, and other random sound effects*

I'm glad there's at least one good ending. Mario deserved to leave alive and happy, even if it was all a dream. I just wish Alice got closure in this as well. She wasn't a bad woman, even in the Arc. Kinda would be cool if she did stick with him after he woke up, and has been either a guiding voice finally able to "live" again, and being the reason Mario is able to survive all these adventures he goes on.
If you wanted a good ending, you cuold just stay in the "true ending" of the first game
@@rommerpalacios6805 That's true. That does have some closure to the game, but to an extent, Alice and Mario have a connection that I would have wanted more focus on. Either way, this was a good game.
I actually once thought what would happen if there was an ending where Mario and Alice become friends, you know kinda like the Mario and Riba ending,a twisted kind of friendship which feels funny considering Alice for the most part (apart from Riba sometimes in the insane route) is Mario's only company.

Riba wanted only wanted 2 things: being happy and being alive. When mario taught him to feel compassion and they escaped Riba started to act like a human person. It's like a child who was raised badly vs one who was raised good.

The Luigi one where Mario turns ghost and Luigi gets killed by his own brother is the saddest thing of my life! It's so cruel for twenty five years of Mario games that they killed each Other! It breaks my heart so badly
Edit: The reason why Mario is a red ghost (which will kill), truly is not mario. It's the sane route so he didn't go insane but he died with Alice's madness and revenge. The negative got to him in his death and changed him. He's not able to change back (maybe) because he has no one who he loves. Luigi passed on and when Mario said he didn't want to be alone, only a second he was turning blue but stayed red because Luigi left Mario. The toads were (probably) worried due to the missing brothers or the princess sent them. It's never been solved if they were able to leave but you go ahead and be imaginative. Marios disbelief and negative side got to him more quickly than is positive side

Luigi probably was doing what he thought was right, but he got upset when it happened. Mario didn't listen and came for revenge. Luigi got killed and was set free. Mario was the opposite

Tbh this game is emotional in many ways I cant Express it I honestly think their might be another missing game with mario the music box all these cliff hangers and seeing the game evlove is just amazing I hope they keep it up with the great work and the last ending is what I got the first time. I dunno I just didn't want to save but I kept learning for my mistakes everytime I died so it was great thankfully

This is a good game! I like how if you are bold enough not to save, you return to normal. It’s a neat function that most story games should include.

What a lovely and well thought out game. Its rare to find a game that can be creepy or unsettling without excessive jumpscares but this game actually made me feel bad for mario.

For me, Continuance 4 is the saddest ending, I even cried. It's a horrible fate, to find out that you're just somethimg that can be easily replaced, and that Mario wasn't even given a painless death, he actually has to look at all those dead bodies of himself, who've failed just like he did. And he's forced to stare at them until the moment he dies, without any means of escaping. To be honest, now I feel bad for wanting to find all the death scenes, if that's what actually happens every time Mario dies...
yeah not to mention is that he is gone forever. Marchionne has mario's body now. We still don't know where his soul is.

Reminder because some people seem confused!! Star ending does not mean that the entire game was a dream, because the cat is real and references that Mario's experience was real. It just means that, because you didn't save, she now knew all she needed about her experiment for all future iterations of it to be pointless!! :)

I didn’t know you could refuse to save at certain points I thought you actually had to save to continue guess not and I knew surviving the whole game without dying once would either get you a good ending or a achievement because I don’t think many people would be able to get that ending man that would take ages-.
Uploaded the day I check out the game's sequel, great timing!!! I love the last ending, but does that mean none of it happened? Because Alice and Riba never got their peace and nor did Marchionne and Luciano, unless I'm wrong? And all those previous failed Marios still suffered right? And just about every other spirit never found rest or peace... right? Mario never being tied to the curse, was time rewritten so none of it happened?
I think in the true ending, whatever events you(Mario) chose to do happened, but once you(Mario again) reach the end, then Len puts you(yet again, Mario) in bed and erased Luigi and peach's memory because they don't need to know
The 3rd ending in the insane route almost had me in tears
So, what you're telling me is, to get the best ending, you'll need to pull an all-nighter(and possibly an all-weeker), start a completely new game whenever you die, and basically NEVER EVER TURN OFF THE GAME.

I dont think anyone has the time to think about how Missing End C: Continuance 4 is linked to Ending ⭐. That ending is the main hint on how to get the final ending, it all had to do with Len and her "experiment". I just decided to say this just for those that didn't know how others knew how to obtain it in the first place

I only just found all this today and I have to say, this game and ideas are all really fascinating.
But with Marchionne's situation, the whole 'evil religion' thing in games is getting kind of old..
I just hope nobody looks at this and thinks this is what all religions are like, ehhhheh.
Either way, this game rocks for bringing the most heartbreaking moments I've ever seen portrayed through my favorite childhood characters.

I feel like Riba did have actual concern and feelings for mario in a few endings. Riba turned a new leaf, Became a better person. He deserves a happpy ending but in the end... he just gets his happiness stripped from him. He deserves better than that.
