Those ROLLS ROYCE owners don't have guts to register from their home state. They all have Puducherry registration that means they all paid RTO of ₹50,000 to ₹100,000 only. In metropolitan cities like Bangalore , Mumbai , Delhi etc.. RTO + other expenses cost will come around ₹10 to ₹20 Lakh for ROLLS ROYCE.
