I forgive my cold unloving mother for ditching me at one and half years old and then showing no love towards me when she visited…acted like a stranger all along.After my marriage she suddenly turned all possessive mommie dearest mode.I still need to forgive her because the anger is manifesting as illness in my body .
Thanks for this video. I came to watch this video because i just watched a drama...whenever the scene is about making mistakes or shame or can't get along with people or doing stupid things makes my anger flare up and mumble a lot..I understand those are reflections of my mind. I m willing to change, so while i was watching this video, I wrote down affirmations about praise, approval, forgive and release, holding arm to the pain, letting go...I m changing my mindset. @@RestRelaxationReiki , I awakend about 4 years ago after trauma , Trauma and more. I then done a lot of self reflection to find out who I am. ( I believe I'm in pure consciousness while in between lives). Can rhykie listened to reapetedly and accepted with an open heart and full forgiveness with love and understanding. Heal you?. Or would I still have to do innerwork?.
