I've been keeping an eye on this from my island of the TF2 community and you're strategy reminds me a lot of megascatterbomb's plan to ban all the bots, bot hosters, and hackers from tf2, but instead of having manual reviewers of potential cheater footage, him and his team used AI to create a program to detect cheaters with a success rate beyond 90%, if y'all are able to create an AI with a team of software engineers that detects these filthy accounts you could solve with problem 10x faster
If you have over 1,000 records of these types of ROBLOX accounts, you should use it as a training set for AI and get it to review the ROBLOX accounts itself and escalate the ones it believes are predatory.

You could also spoof an ip really easy by using a residential proxy/VPN.

Ruben, I think what you're doing is nothing short of a miracle. Taking matters into your own hands and dealing with a plague that has festered on the platform for years is a feat nobody could ever do except for you. As someone with a younger sister, and as someone who has been on this platform since I was 8, I've seen people that are complete monsters go unbanned and unnoticed by the platform. I used to hold regular contact with Alaskan before the leaks were revealed, and it proves that even the ones that seem like the polar opposite of a diddler, it proves that they can be exactly that. No matter what you do, don't give up until the kids on this platform are safe. I wish I could sign up to actually be a part of the volunteers that report and ban these accounts, but I am not 18 yet. ROBLOX has defined so many lives (including mine) and I do not wanna see this platform become a safe haven for criminals and degeneracy.

Our plan only works so far.. Roblox needs to actually act on the reports which they really aren't doing. 99.9% of my reports are either denied within seconds or thrown out for having "insufficient information" despite the character limit of reports being reached with relevant details ALL OF THE TIME

Due to just how easily pronography is accessable and how its literally everywhere its almost an 100% chance any young child will stumble upon it. Kids as young as 8 and 9 are gaining porn addictions and masturbation addictions which is absolutely absurd.
I think the better way to go about this stuff is to try and inform your child when they are young the dangers of these addictions and make them want to escape from it themselves without your intervention

Some people I know sent out an FBI report against mocmish (a horrendous open supporter of CheesePizza that they managed to get Ruben to do a twitter post on recently, he's one of the developers of Multicrew Tank Simulator 4) and it's been out there for a few months now. If I remenber correctly, they provided his real identity and heaps of evidence... yet still no noise from the FBI, but the fluttering of the air from them twiddling their thumbs. If they can't arrest a public CheesePizza lover, they can't take down thousands of mostly anonymous gooners.

Ruben, I think what you're doing is nothing short of a miracle. Taking matters into your own hands and dealing with a plague that has festered on the platform for years is a feat nobody could ever do except for you. As someone with a younger sister, and as someone who has been on this platform since I was 8, I've seen people that are complete monsters go unbanned and unnoticed by the platform. I used to hold regular contact with Alaskan before the leaks were revealed, and it proves that even the ones that seem like the polar opposite of a diddler, it proves that they can be exactly that.
No matter what you do, don't give up until the kids on this platform are safe. I wish I could sign up to actually be a part of the volunteers that report and ban these accounts, but I am not 18 yet. ROBLOX has defined so many lives (including mine) and I do not wanna see this platform become a safe haven for criminals and degeneracy.

Our plan only works so far.. Roblox needs to actually act on the reports which they really aren't doing. 99.9% of my reports are either denied within seconds or thrown out for having "insufficient information" despite the character limit of reports being reached with relevant details ALL OF THE TIME
