Another memorable video guys! Those thermal pools are amazing. They do look like ice or snow from a distance. I thought it was salt. Haha. Heirapolis is kinda like Ephesus also. Loved that too. Beautiful shots Justina. You can be a supermodel. Micha, I bet nobody honked their horn at you the whole time you were driving. Am I right? Lol! Ciao for now! 👋😄
What a great place and great video! I'm glad you could visit Pamukkale and show it to us :-) Micha - you're a professional driver 👍 Justina - perfect swimsuit ;-) Thanks !!!
10:40 There pools were definitely far far more extensive and cascading over several levels when we were first there in 2006 - as I could ascertain by reviewing our photos there at that time.
about 10 years ago when tourism booming they build bunch of hot spring 5 start hotels and divert to water to hotels pools .Do to no water mountain start getting black and started discoloring itself dark. Later on government come to action and cut all expensive hotels water and returned back to mountain .Than all hotel start losing costumer and economy was going down .At the moment government haven't find a way to deal with this ,but manage to get some water going TO mountain .They managed to get color back and sharing water with bunch of hot spring hotel .If you are lucky some time you will see lots of water running some time no water BUT YOU WILL NEVER GOING TO SEE AGAIN LOTS OF WATER RUNNING WHOLE MOUNTAIN
the kebab not expensive 1kg raw meat 130-150 lira in shops. and they selling 1kg kebab for 350 lira. u know they rent place, they have workers, electric, water, etc. bills, and they need earn money. As Turkish its looks cheap for me.
Thanks for the info. It was definitely the most expensive kebab we paid for in Turkey but definitely cheaper than what we would pay for in the UK. Nonetheless it was delicious so no complaints
