You forgot to mention to play with display settings (brightness down, contrast up) to creat nearly identical vie to the picture frame tvs. Very realistic!!!!
Thank you - I would never have thought of this! I actually have a Samsung Frame which I love but I refuse to pay for a subscription on the frame for art. I checked out the channel that you mentioned and it’s fab!
Question, I'm contemplating the frame tv but just saw you. I've always used screen saver on TH-cam but didn't know about the other options. How long does the picture last and does the tv have to be on?
Hands down one of my favorite tips given on a home decor channel. I just subscribed to your channel and Vintage Art TV. The entire picture doesn't show up on my TV but some do. I've downloaded a bunch of public domain art on my Mac...can you show us how to upload the artwork that we've downloaded?
What can I do if it is blurry at the beginning? I fasted vorward, and then it was sharp. Only to go in the blurry mode again and then it took a while to get sharp again.

I feel so stupid that I didn't already think about this before now. Thank you! As for the fireplace, I did mine a couple of years ago and I was so afraid it wouldn't look good...I was wrong and your fireplace looks great!
There is one simple way to fine tune the settings on any TV: 1. take a picture of any physical artwork on your wall by phone 2. send to the TV 3. adjust the display parameters to match the look the actual image from the wall
This was amazing to do I did it !! I love the vintage that is what I did for now and it looks so beautiful thank you so much for all your amazing tips and solutions!! May you have a blessed day t
You’re correct, but this isn’t necessarily a fix for permanent art. More for when you’d like to have it visible when guests come over or for special occasions.
@@GraceInMySpace I'd be willing to bet you could put a matte film like a window tint on it also, I know they've got untinted matte film for other things
Hi, Thank you for this great info. Do you know if there is any way we can stop the art from scrolling? We would like to choose an art and have it stay for awhile, until we choose another piece of art, rather than scrolling through. Some art matches our decor better than others.
Do you know if there is a way to display photos while the TV is off? I think that's an interesting feature of the Frame TV, and I don't know how to do that in a normal one
Hey thanks for this tip! Question: my idea is to do this but put my tv into a portrait direction (vertically) . Have any ideas on how to make it display the images vertically?
Since TH-cam is a horizontal platform, that likely wouldn’t work. But if you upload vertical photos as another option it may appear correctly. I’ve never tried it though. Maybe you’ll start a new trend!

Great tip!
How do you do that? I'm very bad with technology.
Oh, wow! Just came across your video! Thank you so much for demonstrating and sharing my channel. Love it!
Thank you for providing beautiful art!
Wow Thank you so much never knew about this, now I have art for free and can change anytime
I’m so glad it was helpful!

AWesome!. Do you know of a way to keep looping the video if it is 1 hr or 3hr? Or do you have to keep hitting play when the time is up? :)
Yep it’s just a regular TH-cam video so unless you replay it, it will go on to the next recommended video.
I’ve been doing this for a while now, I also use the cosy crackling fire in winter.
That would be so soothing!
Actually excited for this video 🤗💕
I’m glad!
I do not have a TH-cam subscription… so how do you keep the ads from coming on?
Thank you sooo much for this! I’ve been wanting to know how to get this:) just subscribed to your channel 🤗
Thanks for subbing!
This is an awesome tip. It worked! Thanks.
I’m so glad!
Thank you for this tip! 👌🏾
I was literally about to spend 900 bucks on a Frame Tv. I saw this video and bought a 250.00 SMart Tv to display art work on instead instead!!!!
So glad for you!
Love this!! Thank you
You’re so welcome!
Question, I'm contemplating the frame tv but just saw you. I've always used screen saver on TH-cam but didn't know about the other options. How long does the picture last and does the tv have to be on?
The tv has to be one. The picture last as long as the channel you choose. So if the video is an hour long, then it lasts an hour.
Thank you
Thank you thank thank thank you !!!!

Most TVs have a USB port you can use! Just save your art to it and plug it in. Or you can load your art to google photos and use the app. 😊
But I would have to leave the on. I believe the other frame tv the art appears when the tv is off right?
I’m not sure how the frame tv works. I think it’s like a stand by mode but could be wrong!
Thanks for the info had no idea.
I’m glad it was helpful!

This sounds like a tv issue rather than the channel.
@@GraceInMySpace Hm I know if from the Computer with different videos from different channels and from the TV.
Thank you !!
You're welcome!
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Roku has a channel called artcast too
Great tip!
Will youtube put ads in with the art?
Yes it is possible
So you literally have the power on all the time?
Nope! Only when I want to have something on the screen.
That was way simpler than I thought it would be 😂
It’s not hard!👏🏻
Will this ruin my tv screen?
I’d contact your manufacturer as I don’t know the details of each tv. Hasn’t harmed mine!

Glad I could help!
Wow....so simple and so perfect! Thank you for upgrading my living room! 💜
Happy to help!
Thank you, thank you! We just got a new TV and I was bummed because it wasn't a frame TV, but now it's blooming with Gorgeous!
Wonderful!

Thank you. Which one did you choose to get the flower art on your screen pls? I love that picture but couldn’t find it.
Really great tips to "hide" the big black box with beautiful art!
This was amazing to do I did it !! I love the vintage that is what I did for now and it looks so beautiful thank you so much for all your amazing tips and solutions!! May you have a blessed day t
I’m so glad you like it!
Hi Emma
This was amazing. Thank you so much. You are brilliant
You're so welcome!
may i ask a stupid question: 'in other words, you will have TH-cam running on the tv all day, correct? will the electricity bill surge?'
thanks...
You’re correct, but this isn’t necessarily a fix for permanent art. More for when you’d like to have it visible when guests come over or for special occasions.
Is it only a slideshow or you can display one of the picture alone, if that makes sense? Thanks
It depends on the channel you use. Some of them have a static photo (like) option but most are scrolling video.
Thank you so much! Love it!
You are so welcome!
I just came over from Pine and Prospect and subscribed. Great tip and I can’t wait to see more of your videos!
Thanks for being here!
Does this mean your tv has to run all day in order to see a picture rather than a black screen?
Yes the tv has to be on.
Does your TV have to be "on" all the time in order to display the art?
Yes it does
I’m confused. Does it only display the art if the tv is on?
Yes, with a normal tv. The frame tv is different.
excelente
I have created plenty of Fine Art Photography over the years that I can use for this method on my Channel. Thank you.🎉
Thank you so much! Can’t wait for it to look beautiful when company visit😀
Yay! I’m so glad!
I have a feeling your tv will soon have a picture frame on it. May have already happened…. So many videos to watch 😊
I;m adding them to my laptop - thanks
You’re welcome!
How about removing the glare like on the frame tv?
Nothing that can be done for that except not placing near a window. 😊

You’d have to pick a channel that posts static images as their videos rather than a selection. Or pause it, but I’m not sure what that would do. 😉
Very educational 👍
excellent thank you!!

It's wonderful but some says it may screw your screen
Do you know if there is a way to display photos while the TV is off? I think that's an interesting feature of the Frame TV, and I don't know how to do that in a normal one
No that isn’t possible without a frame tv.
thank you I love this.
You're so welcome!
I’ve always wondered, is that bad for the TV screen itself? To leave it on for hours every day - on top of normal viewing time?
It’s never been an issue for ours! But I can’t speak from a manufacturer standpoint.
Great! I thought I was going to have to buy a new tv!!!!
Glad I could help!
You painted that wall. Looks great! And thanks for the tips.
You’re welcome!
Thanks I’m getting a large tv soon so I will try this 🎉
