Well folks, as another year comes towards a close, we just want to leave you with a quick taste for what’s in store at Trailblazer BBQ in 2023
Introducing the 1200 Streetmaster...
If our 2022 fan favourite, the 600 Streetmaster & our huge 1200 Festival had a baby, this would be the result. Although, we think baby is the wrong word to use as this is an absolute powerhouse of a BBQ smoker trailer.
The front of this BBQ Trailer is kitted with a total of 5 segmented cooking bays spanning across a dual charcoal grilling area, both bringing instantly adjustable height settings, thick solid stainless steel grilling grates, and a designated upper warming shelf.
The rear of the trailer has been transformed to house our Vertical Smoker, The "VS200", opening a window of opportunity, (or rear door in our case) to any commercial outdoor caterer.
This fully insulated, 8-rack vertical smoker brings huge levels of adaptability depending on the requirements for each job type.
Add versatility to your offering through the addition of a low & slow/smoked menu. The 8 racks can comfortably hold up to 700 chicken wings, and 14 pork butts amount of brisket, or remove the racks completely to hang smoke sausage etc. The minion maze firebox has been designed with efficiency in mind as one load of charcoal briquettes allows for up to 18 hours low & slow cooking before needing to replenish.
During high-volume events where throughput is a priority, utilise the Vertical Smoker as a huge hot holding chamber, allowing you to mass store produce that's ready for consumption whilst using the front end to churn through raw produce.
Additional stainless steel insets can be purchased granting the ability to instantly convert one section of the grilling area into a food preparation, display area or to support a tabletop compact fryer.
