  • Bak Kut Teh is a Chinese cuisine, which literary translate as Pork Rib Teh. The way of preparation for Bak Kut Teh differ from one person to another. Normally, pork ribs & meat are the main ingredient. My wife cooking was using ingredients which includes black mushroom, Bak Kut Teh herbs, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sodium glutamate, fried taufu, cinnamon, soaked bean curd & some vegetable (sawi).
