Is Back-flushing working for semi finished or co product in added in BOM?
@poonam- back flushing is used for all raw material or semi finished product if used in manufacturing the final product.
Co product are manufactured along with finished product so no back flushing allowed for them

Sir, I think your error because of production order creation. You want to delete the production order but you didn’t. PIR for qty 10 and production order also for qty 10 . Maybe that’s reason.
Check the next video and you will see the explanation for why planned order didn't generate
