There are 3 states which are called Farmer states i.e Western UP, Haryana, and Punjab.. Neither Western UP nor Haryana are the key reason of pollution but why punjab is only the state liable for Making Pollution..?? I would say The worst state is Punjab in that reason.. It is all about the political reasons which farmers of Punjab state make pollution without any fear of established law/ rules.
