Hi Tony. That is a real good tip. Panel seam gaps are sometimes not consistent, from one side to the other and this is a great way to correct it. It seems way better to cut the panel like you did rather than trying to add material directly to the bend. I'm putting that one into the tool box! The blow gun is made from a pushrod, but that was an easy one. Thanks for the video!

Great video and thanks for sharing this technique. The results are excellent. Sorry but I find that way that you call things gaps and seams a bit distracting. Usually think of seams as the place where two panels are joined and it's visible - the places you might apply seam sealer to or hide by seam removal and gaps are between things that are not joined i.e. there is no seam there.
The blower looks like clever re-use of a pushrod.

Great video Fitzee! I have a car that needs some gap work, and this gives me the method and the confidence to do it right. Thank you for posting this! By the way, I guess if the gap is too wide, you split the metal with the cutoff wheel then 'wedge' the metal to close up the gap, then weld up the cut.........that's the part I worry about, since I'm not real good at welding up two pieces of metal that have too much of a gap. 😞
