Güler is really good but doesn’t fit in the advanced fullback / outside midfield role. You should do a new formation or buy a new RM or RWB

you should change formations, formation = 4-2-3-1, rb - calabria, cbs - kalulu and tomori, lb - theo, cm - bennacer and loftus-cheek, rw - pulisic, lw - leao, cam - guler, and st - ronaldo
Keep the 3-4-3 formation as it identifies the italian clubs as the classic formation to have. Btw I know it's early but for January I'd suggest you to go for the Man City backup defenders so either Ake or Akanji.
