What a great bike. I will own one like this some day. I have a 1904-07 BSA fittings bike with a Copenhagen badge on it that I am trying to rebuild, that is in rough shape. This bike is glorious. WW2 with all those war stamping, original paint and magnificent history…wow! Love those rod brakes. Wish my bike had them. Nice job on the video.
ABL is the Belgian army marking. Also on my MKV bicycle. Postwar the Belgian army reused a huge lot British army bicycles all these were marked with ABL (Armee Belge- Belgische Leger) Last couple of years they sold of their ww2 bicycles. Underneath the Belgian painted green on my bicyle I found it was British brown managed to strip most of the postwar green.
