As hard as it is sometimes we have no other choice but to change with the times... Nothing is ever permanent in life, life is always changing and forcing us to change with it. That is why its very important to love the friends and family in your life today and enjoy the present moment because one day it will all be a distant memory... Many people wait until its to late and then regrette not spending enough time with the people they love etc... I have lost allot of beautiful people in my life, many died or made their transitions very early in life... Today i don't waste a bloody minute not being grateful for every waking moment i have here. About 20 years later we reconnected, she married, me divorced, but we kept up our friendship. Then she had a series of cancers and eventually succumbed. But she was literally the best there ever was....
