I don't even know why I like the Cracker Island video as much as I do but it is a gem and I just found the Silent Running video because of this comment and thought it was so funny Murdoc was only "nice" for a moment to impress the girl but it came through at the end... also, how does 2D always end up in these situations?!?! @@atypicalaimee Murdoc is pretty much the villain of the band, he does everything to save his own ass 🤣 and 2d happens to be his target. Also 2d has survived several accidents he has the worst luck of all time.
I've been listening to Gorillaz since I was a kid. Tomorrow comes today was my jam lol. The whole concept behind the Gorillaz blew my mind. But I gotta say that some of their magic has sort of faded away for me. I still like most of their songs, even the new ones, but I get the feeling that modern times kinda destroy music in some way or another lol. Anyway, my top 3 from this album are Silent Running, New Gold & Baby Queen 👌
@@atypicalaimee you know what, you're right! I have discovered amazing artists from God knows where, so I'll keep that in mind. Gorillaz have always been so versatile when it comes to their music. Demon Days, for example, is sort of a gospel goodbye for a brand new world or perspective, and it's so uplifting. Plastic Beach feels very electronic. Even The Fall has some great songs in there. Here's a few of my favorite tunes from them: Bobby in Phoenix, Kids with Guns, Some Kind of Nature, Humility, Pac-Man, Tranz, I LOVE Aries & Desole, and many others. Their music videos are awesome! Btw, do you recommend any cool artist I may not know of? (:

@@connor6989 I got the CD, and the funniest part is I just remembered a random video I did 4 years ago titled "caption this" where I literally was drinking coffee at my grandparent's house and couldn't resist but enjoy the music from Demon Days.
