Why is refractive accommodative is called as 'refractive' and why the other one is called 'non refractive' ? Since there is refractive error(hypermetropia) in both conditions. It's very confusing if someone can explain 😶
No refractive error in other one ...jatoi mn gltt likha hua ,i got u😇 in refractiv one , accomodation is abnormally high , convergenc too howevr ratio is normal ,, in non refractiv one , accomodation is normal ( because of no or nt significant error) but convergenc is zyada (icki wja ni pta )😐
