Water: There are 6 Bore holes that is equipped. There are 5 game drinking troughs and 1 cement reservoir. There are 3 earth dams of which the most prominent one has an Island with a wooden deck that can be reached by a well-constructed pathway where sun downers can be enjoyed. This dam is filled with perennial fountains and with rainwater. This dam is stocked various types of Kurper and Carp (fish species). Developments: The Lodge - Perfection and elegance were the starting point when this lodge was planned, build and the result is comfort, privacy and a unique portion of Africa to be proud of with a view indescribable. This Lodge consists of an open plan lounge area, open TV room area with 2 fireplaces as well as an indoor braai area, a stylish guest restroom, an open plan kitchen and separate wash-up area, verandah with breath taking views where the game comes to enjoy some Lucerne.
The grass is always green around the Lodge area as there is a fully automated irigations system installed.. Outside is a huge 24 seater boma and bonfire place and a double built-in braai facility overlooking the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is located on a terrace with umbrellas and coffee tables where endless hours can pass while relaxing in the African Sun. From the lodge towards the Chalets is a pathway which is well laid out and during the night there are sufficient lights neatly hidden everywhere to light-up the walkway.
The Lodge has an office area as well as two fully equipped conference centers that can accommodate up to 40 people. The conference center has its own male en female restrooms. The conference room furniture is of the highest quality and is fully equipped with all the latest conferencing audio and visual equipment. Air-conditioning and fans are installed.
The Conference area has a wooden deck with 6 seater tables and its own umbrellas where one can have a rest during conference sessions with only bush views that creates an atmosphere of privacy to recharge oneself again.
The Lodge has several accommodation options and can accommodate up to 30 people. Each chalet and/or room has an air-conditioning system as well as fans. All accommodation can be described as luxury comfort in a perfectly appointed room.
There are four loose standing mountain chalets with en-suite facilities on the one side that has a welcoming effect and it may even let forget that you are in the bush as elegance is added to your African experience. On the other hand are two larger family units - each containing 3 separate en-suite bedrooms with communal patio area that constructed that portrays the splendor of a more grandiose era.
All development philosophy were kept throughout construction and it embraces a true African experience in comfort, style and luxury.
Other Developments - a newly constructed large storeroom. 2 x newly constructed and built Store rooms on the cattle sections with top of the range cattle handing facilities - embryo harvestings can also be done. There is a slaughtering room and cold room with some very neat staff quarters.
Game: Water buck, Kudu, B/W Beest, Impala, Eland, Giraffe , Oryx, Zebra , Sable etc,
There are also various other small game species like Bushbuck, Duiker, Warthogs, Reedbuck , Klipspringer etc. do occur here naturally.
Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced and is in a very good condition according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation.
Roads: This farm’s road network is very good. The network of roads cover the majority of this farm showing you the incredible views it has to offer.
