I have used several healing frequency videos over the years, but I was just shocked to learn recently, that some are not tuned in the frequency that they promise! I can speculate on why, but that in itself is another topic! This one however I just checked with a tone generator, and it resonates perfectly 👍
I can highly recommend doing the same, several apps are available for free.

I read how listening to the 528 hz can heal and it's true!! I've been suffering from mental illness and bipolar depression. I made changes to my environment since, moved furniture away from EMF sources. Unplugged the WiFi, changed my diet, Soap, ect. All natural products from here on...It has been such an improvement on my sleep. But quitting daily intake of cannabis, has been a huge factor too. hope all is well with you.

@@Mental_Fortitude my heart has bleed i have never got nor expected a mere stranger to be this geneeous never felt this loved hope this feeling lasts forever. It has taken me long time to accept thats its virtually impossible for things to work out for me be it friendship or personal relationship its still hard for me to convince myself thsy their feelings could change in the future despite of the fact that i loved them whole heartedly every single day i feel this vicious cycle of pain.
I surely want to be honest with myself, i have tried to deal with these unmutual feelings but i have failed i cant stop loving my friends because i know how it feels like not to be loved back and for my personal relationship i gave up after a whole year of depression and anxiety accepting a bare minimum from him.
But here i am giving the love i never received not other people who also take me for granted...i think its okay..

In the end, you will be the last one standing verses all the other versions of yourself that you could’ve been. Let’s just focus on being that last one standing. It’s okay to become evil for a while, it’s okay. Poverty of love and soul and money leaves you with no choice but to become beast at times. But don’t forget where you came from. Don’t forget that you were once a form of love, and you were wanting to receive love. I hope all of you will receive love in the end.

Learning your chakras at a young age really affects your future life and I'm loving it. At first before I started meditating I was depressed and didnt enjoy life anymore a few weeks in meditating I lost hope I really thought this was fake than a month past and I started feeling light inside of me so I meditate again and I could feel my energey healing my depression 4 months past I was starting to feel happy I was laughing with my friends I was going out more alot of good things started to happen and I neve gave up mediating. When I feel down and blaming myself for the bad things. Instead of blaming my self I accepted it. I actually accepted life and I was happy again. My energy blocked all the negative energy around me. I even learned how to astral project and it's pretty awesome all love ❤I love my spiritual self and my spirit guardian:)

My favorite is the 639 hz. I just love that color green and it’s used so well in such a beautiful design. And the music for it is so slow and reminiscent in a way, like reflecting on the past but taking in the present.
I think I saw the Japanese Fox God Inari uses a flower as its symbol the deity is pretty popular in Japan I wish Inari would merge into North America by the religious freedom act allows a person to do so.

I went to sleep to this and it really helped a nerve of the L4 L5 that has caused me lots of problems, it was hard to sit more then 10/15 min. Not anymore. God is good. The 3rd eye is key to everything. God bless to all.
