Hi guys in this video were going to trouble shoot the problem of this dorma automatic sliding glass door,
The problem is comming error from its control electronic I'll try also to reset but the problem is always abnormal sometime is moving very slowly, and sometime stop and very hard to move unless you ded not to full out the power, so we learned to reset to its normal operating OPERATION if you reset this should open the door in half position and full out first the motor load and power and don't touch the door of he moving because he returns to its learning cycles thin insert the power and the motor laod also insert in control the door now is moving in partial distance and thin reset the button and wait for a while so can find its learning cycles ,

Try to inspect first the door maybe some other problem the error can reset but make sure half open the door before you reset

Hinsir meron po ako same trouble dto sa yate namen dorma rn po brand . Bali sa mga setting nya po madalas d na sya ngreresponse pinapower cycle nlng namen para mahamit off and on ng breaker . Pano po kya magandang gawin dto . Pano nyo po nareset ung sa inyo sa daying setting nya? Waiting for your response sir thank you po.

Sir kung parihas lng model ng dorma naten ilang beses naren ako nag reset Nyan may 3 push button ang sa dulo ang reset palagi nag e error pag malakas ang hangen e half open mo ang door at e push mo 2 and 3 na button ng sabay at least 1 menutes pag alam mo nag cycles na sya bitawan mo na sana maka tulong sorry for late reply pls subscribe to my channel thanks .

Ist trial mo muna reset sir kung babalik sya sa memory nya half open mo door at e reset at least 1 menute

Kasi po ngyayari minsan matino minsan hindi kaya ang suspect ko is ung battery pack nya baka flat na .kasi minsan pag nirereset ang breaker nagiging ok naman .parang moody po ba
