They are externally indistinguishable from women, but have XY chromosomes. Are they male, or female? You may try and counter by saying thats rare. So what, rare still exists and with the number of people rare can still be many people. When you look harder at this issue you realise this is not simple biology, this is complex biology.
A woman is anyone born a woman. Barbra was born a woman. It would be an injustice to bar a biological woman from participating in women's sports.
