I've lived all over America--from Phoenix to Atlanta to Washington, D.C. to Ft. Lauderdale and now in Philly. Center City Philadelphia is the greatest place to live in America--walk to absolutely EVERYTHING! No car needed!!
I live between Philly and NYC and I love Philadelphia! I have amazing memories from both cities. Beautiful footage! All the people saying this is nothing special don't understand the amount of work that was put into building these mega cities.
It's amazing that many people still don't realize Philadelphia is the second largest USA urban core after Manhattan... actually we constantly see saw with Chicago
@@boromemadina2853 Even Better, Philly has some extraordinary Parks that among many great things in the city, actually helped earn it a spot on Time's 2020 Places to visit in the World (Published in a Pre-Pandemic Issue Obviously) It and the Grand Canyon were the only U.S. Destinations on the list. The Philadelphia Museum of Art is obviously stunning, featuring 200 galleries throughout it's massive and grand interior, featuring works from some of the greats and the architectural feat that is the Museum itself is just absolutely incredible in both it's scale and beauty. Philly also has some of the coolest observation decks I've ever been to. In the newly completed tallest building in the city and the state of Pennsylvania itself, at 1113 feet tall, The Comcast Innovation & Technology Center hosts the Four Seasons Philadelphia in its top floors along with an all glass restaurant and lounge with quite possibly the most stunning view in the area and in my admittedly bias opinion, the east coast, with maybe the exception of one world trade
This would have to be one of the most well designed and beautiful big cities in the world! The Liberty Place Towers, the Comcast Tower (with the white light), and City Hall, in particular, look amazing. Well done TAPP in capturing the beauty of this fine city so well.
its one of my favorite videos... So disappointed that it has only27K views... Thats nothing comparing to my other videos... Share it to your friends because this city skyline deserves more attention
Hi. I used to study in phillys in the mid. 90s. That time it was the liberty place, the tallest building in philly. Now i heard tjere are more.would love to visit again.
I notice that the newer buildings don't have beacon lights... One of my jobs when I was a kid (Electrician) was climb the towers and change the lamps in those lights... Its a great view from there during the day..
In the endless vibrant night of Philadelphia called the world city , the various emotions of 7 million people's sorrow , pleasure , grief , suffering , regret , anger and hope are blended together , shining as if those feelings were colorful neon lights . From Tokyo of the Land of the Rising Sun 🇲🇰
Beautiful words however, Philly only has population nearing about 1.7 million. We'll get there one day but it's relatively small population makes it feel like a small town and big city all in one. And it's much cheaper to live here than many other major U.S. cities.
Awesome footage! Thanks for posting! I visited Philadelphia in September of 2020 for the 1st time in my life, but didn't get to see how downtown Philly looked at night from a close-up distance while I was there, so watching this definitely made up for it.
Very nice but would be even better if it was seamless and one smooth flight for maximum relaxation. Of course it would be nice if it was as long as some of those island ones but I know this is just an example/sample video. Thanks for the upload.
Nicely done. I've been dabbing in drone cinematography for a couple years but haven't put out the $ for Prem Pro and a computer capable of editing the video.(Its tempting) When you circled the clock tower and the face of the clock was too exposed, do you have an option of isolating the clock face and adjusting the exposure just in that circle and leaving the other part of it alone? Thanks!
Wolfgang Weiler I’m sure it’s doable but you have to install some more plugins for color grading... I’m just using the one built in FCPX... Thanks for checking out... Good question... Cheers
lived in east Mt airy almost a yr ..miss me some Philly, people.. good eating shopping let's not forget Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church ... y'all be having some church 4real on the east coast 💯 can't say that about Seattle ...smh
Born and raised! I live in the Bay area California now, thanks for giving me a piece of "home". Philadelphia is a beautiful city!
Ur so lucky
Philly and San Fran definitely mimics each other. San Fran downtown looks gorgeous Its just that CA designed themselves after Philadelphia lol
@O You will love it!
@O now that you have moved what’s your opinion?

People don't understand the convenience of living in Philadelphia. Second most populated downtown after NY. Im sure Philly will keep elevating.
@@pfwww12Philadelphia is declining in population for the time being but I'm sure it could bounce back.
Phillys skyline looks nice😮
Philadelphia is a beautiful City 🏙 I love it this video!
I had no idea the Comcast building lit up like that. Cool.

It's amazing that many people still don't realize Philadelphia is the second largest USA urban core after Manhattan... actually we constantly see saw with Chicago
Agree but the skyline is just small for the amount of ppl but its beautiful
Yes nearly 100,000 people live in the downtown core.
I always say it's a big city in a cluttered space. I love philly. Most diversed City I've been in.
Actually you don't! LOL The Loop in Chicago is ONLY rivaled by Midtown, Manhattan.
No you don’t lol. Chicago and NYC are rivals. Even Miami has a larger downtown core.
My city is so beautiful at night! Love it!
And in the day how is it ?

They have LED lights now. No more old bulbs.
You need to do an update. Many of the buildings have better night time lighting now.
